數(shù)(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)中心是指?jìng)?bei)有(you)刀(dao)庫(kù),具(ju)有(you)自動(dòng)(dong)(dong)(dong)換(huan)刀(dao)功能,對(duì)(dui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)一次(ci)裝(zhuang)夾后(hou)進(jìn)行(xing)多(duo)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)序加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)數(shù)(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)機(jī)(ji)床。數(shù)(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)中心是高度機(jī)(ji)電一體化的(de)(de)產(chǎn)品,工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)裝(zhuang)夾后(hou),數(shù)(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)系統(tǒng)(tong)能控(kong)(kong)制機(jī)(ji)床按不同工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)序自動(dòng)(dong)(dong)(dong)選擇、更(geng)換(huan)刀(dao)具(ju),自動(dòng)(dong)(dong)(dong)對(duì)(dui)刀(dao)、自動(dòng)(dong)(dong)(dong)改變主軸(zhou)轉(zhuǎn)速、進(jìn)給量(liang)等(deng),可連續(xù)(xu)完成鉆、鏜、銑(xian)、鉸、攻絲等(deng)多(duo)種(zhong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)序。因而大大減(jian)少了工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)裝(zhuang)夾時(shí)間,測(cè)(ce)量(liang)和機(jī)(ji)床調(diào)整等(deng)輔助工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)序時(shí)間,數(shù)(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)中心對(duì)(dui)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)形狀(zhuang)比較(jiao)復(fù)雜,精度要求較(jiao)高,品種(zhong)更(geng)換(huan)頻(pin)繁(fan)的(de)(de)零件(jian)(jian)具(ju)有(you)良好的(de)(de)經(jīng)濟(jì)效果。
數(shù)(shu)控(kong)加(jia)工(gong)中心通常以主軸與工(gong)作臺(tái)相(xiang)對(duì)位置(zhi)分類(lèi),分為臥(wo)式、立式和萬(wàn)能加(jia)工(gong)中心。
(1)臥式(shi)加工中心:是指主軸軸線與工作臺(tái)(tai)平行設(shè)置的加工中心,主要適用(yong)于加工箱(xiang)體類(lèi)零件。
(2)立式加(jia)工中(zhong)(zhong)心:是(shi)指主軸軸線與工作(zuo)臺(tái)垂直設(shè)(she)置的加(jia)工中(zhong)(zhong)心,主要適(shi)用于(yu)加(jia)工板類(lèi)、盤(pán)類(lèi)、模具及(ji)小型殼體類(lèi)復(fù)雜零件。
(3)萬(wàn)能加工(gong)(gong)中心(又稱(chēng)多軸聯(lián)(lian)動(dòng)(dong)型加工(gong)(gong)中心):是指通過(guò)(guo)加工(gong)(gong)主軸軸線與工(gong)(gong)作臺(tái)回轉(zhuǎn)軸線的(de)(de)角度可控(kong)制(zhi)聯(lián)(lian)動(dòng)(dong)變(bian)化,完成復(fù)(fu)(fu)雜空間曲面加工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)加工(gong)(gong)中心。適(shi)用于具有復(fù)(fu)(fu)雜空間曲面的(de)(de)葉輪轉(zhuǎn)子、模具、刃(ren)具等工(gong)(gong)件的(de)(de)加工(gong)(gong)。
